Mark as Useful Recieved a call and left an unclear message in foreign language...sounds like Arabic. Caller ID showed District of Columbia and no name.

Mark as Useful These a**holes are really pissing me off! They have been calling my cell phone almost every day for about 3 months, and they call from a different number each time. There is never a live person on the line -just a recorded message that leaves a number for you to call back. They claim that they are affiliated with FPL, Progress Energy, and OUC and want to come out and do a "free energy audit". None of those companies even provides the electricity to my house!
